In the kitchen, Chef Patron Peter Dimas is the true master of flavor. With dexterity and aesthetics he creates gastronomic ensembles that transcend the limits of imagination and complexity.

The multi-awarded chef, with many years of experience in several Michelin-starred restaurants, is the mastermind behind all the Makris restaurants located in the hotels of the Domes Resorts & Reserves group. At MAKRIS Athens, awarded its first Michelin star in its first year after opening, he creates degustation menus that reflect Greekness, seasonality, sustainability, creative cuisine and theatricality. Petros Dimas, with his dedication to the cultivation and utilization of organic vegetables and herbs, his precision in his preparations and his unexpected cooking techniques, will give you a transformative gastronomic experience.
