The multi-awarded chef, with many years of experience in several Michelin-starred restaurants, is the mastermind behind all the Makris restaurants located in the hotels of the Domes Resorts & Reserves group. At MAKRIS Athens, awarded its first Michelin star in its first year after opening, he creates degustation menus that reflect Greekness, seasonality, sustainability, creative cuisine and theatricality.
